DEFINITIONS USED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY- Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
- Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
- Application – a set of graphical and informational materials, as well as software and databases under the name "Fishers & Hunters," which can be installed on a user’s device through the AppStore (for iOS) and Google Play (for Android);
- Device – a mobile technical device (smartphone, tablet, or other device) with internet access on which the application is installed;
- Information system of personal data – a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
- Anonymization of personal data – actions resulting in the impossibility of determining the ownership of personal data by a specific user or other data subject without using additional information;
- Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools concerning personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
- Operator – a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out personal data processing and determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;
- Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user of the application;
- User – a legally capable individual aged 18 or older who is an internet user and installs and uses the mobile application or website on their end devices under the terms of the user agreement;
- Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
- Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign country to an authority of a foreign country, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;
- Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transferring personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including publication in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
- Destruction of personal data – any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of restoring the contents of personal data in the personal data information system and/or that result in the destruction of personal data carriers.
COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATAThe Operator processes personal data using automated means.
The Operator collects personal data:
- Provided directly by the user when using the application:
- Personal data collected: first name, last name, patronymic, email, phone number, place of work and position, social media profile links, and other personal data specified by the user during authorization and use of the application.
Data is collected when:- The user voluntarily provides personal data during authorization or application usage.
- The Operator also collects technical information from users without sending an online request: type of operating system, device type (mobile phone, tablet), mobile network data, geographic location, anonymized user data (including cookies, IP addresses). This data is used to analyze potential errors and improve the application’s functionality.
The user acknowledges that using the application is considered consent to the processing of personal data. Using the application without accepting the terms of this Policy is not allowed.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSINGPersonal data is collected for the following purposes:
- Identifying and resolving server issues and maintaining the application's functionality;
- Providing users with information about the "Fishers & Hunters" company;
- Identifying users;
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the user;
- Establishing feedback with users, including sending notifications and requests related to application usage and processing user requests;
- Providing effective customer and technical support;
- Other purposes based on user requests or consent, unless otherwise required by law.
The provided user data may be used for statistical research and calculations, as well as to gather insights into user interests, with strict adherence to personal data protection regulations.
DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSIONPersonal data is stored on Operator-controlled servers or on servers of Russian companies acting on behalf of the Operator. Such companies have agreements to comply with all personal data protection regulations.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with Russian law. Data may be transferred to cloud services such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft, with data processing centers located in countries that have ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, particularly in Germany.
Personal data may be transferred to third parties as required by Russian law, with user consent or as stipulated by regulations.
DATA PROTECTIONThe Operator takes appropriate measures to ensure user data security and confidentiality. The Operator and its partners comply with legal requirements for data protection.
